Teaching

As an educator, I have served as an adjunct faculty member at The University of South Florida, where I devised a course which focused on the cultural, societal, historical, and practical applications of
Theatre.

Between working with The Asolo Rep and working with Boston based educational touring company Shakespeare Now, I've brought over 140 educational Shakespeare workshops and performances to major cities all over New England and Florida working with elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, and colleges.

I have a background in physical theatre and I absolutely love movement and stage combat.  Utilizing techniques from Grotowski, Lecoq, Viewpoints, Body Dynamics, Commedia, and Clown/Mime methodologies,  my goal is to help actors become fully alive in their bodies and to gain a greater understanding of their relationship to themselves and the world around them.  This functions to create actors who are present, engaged, fluid, and ready to take on any role.  Click here to download Jordan's C.V.

Coaching

Looking to nail your next audition?  MFA/BFA audition season coming up?  Just want to work on an old or new piece?  I'd love to work with you!

I'm an acting coach, specializing in monologue coaching and audition sides.  I help develop actors to be deeply charged, personally connected to the material, and who can approach any material with a sense of ease and joy.  I'm here to help you breakdown the text and come to a deeper, more fully realized sense of character and what's really going on in the moment, so that you can enter the audition room feeling confident and alive.  I'm here to help you enter any audition room ready to tackle whatever gets asked of you with a sense of preparedness AND flexibility.    Actors I've worked with have gone on to be accepted at programs all over the world, such as The USD/Old Globe M.F.A. program The Bristol Old Vic Theatre School in the U.K.   Click here to work together!
